岗位资格/REQUIRED APTITUDES AND SKILLS:       

具备大专及以上学历;
University / College degree

能够熟练运用英语处理日常工作;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin

诚实可靠, 责任心强, 踏实敬业, 乐于助人;
A willing helper with sense of responsibility, be careful with routine assignment, positive attitude and hard working

乐于学习进取善于沟通，具有良好的服务意识与协调能力
Good team work player and excellent telephone manner, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude, have good common sense and able to handle stress and high work volume in a professional manner

良好的电脑操作技能
Excellent computer skills

票务预定人员需要在周末或节假日期间轮岗上班
R&T staff should be shift on duty during Public Holiday and weekend
